The vehicle is returned to the same place it was collected from. A car collected at our Ducos office is returned to the office, and a car collected at the airport is returned to the airport. The same goes for the port of Fort-de-France.

Assistance during your rental
In the event of a breakdown, an accident or a theft: 05 96 60 26 04, then let us know. Any intervention must be approved in advance by the insurer.

Pick-up and return can only take place during these hours.
On the day of pick-up
You must bring the items below. Only originals are accepted. Any document (including the payment card) expiring during the rental will be refused. These conditions apply to the main driver and to any additional driver. If the file is incomplete, no vehicle will be released and the amount paid for the rental remains due.
The driving licence
Valid and held for at least 3 years, for the main driver and for any additional driver.
Photo ID
A valid national identity card or passport. The minimum age is 23.
The card used to pay
In the main driver's name. It is used for the €930 security deposit, taken as an imprint by our representative on the day you arrive.
